What is Hotelku?

Hotelku is a boutique hotel management platform designed for independent properties and small groups. It replaces generic SaaS dashboards with a warm, hospitality-inspired interface that your front desk team will actually enjoy using.

Who is Hotelku for?

Hotelku is built for boutique hotels, bed & breakfasts, inns, and small hotel groups with up to 50 rooms. Enterprise plans are available for larger operations with custom requirements.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Hotelku is a fully cloud-based platform — you only need a web browser and an internet connection. We handle all hosting, updates, and security.

How does Hotelku differ from other PMS systems?

Hotelku is designed from the ground up with a front-desk-first philosophy. Our interface prioritises people over rooms — labels like 'In House' and 'Departed' make daily operations feel natural instead of transactional. We combine PMS, RMS, and CRM into one seamless experience.

Pricing

Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on the Basic and Pro plans with no credit card required. You'll get full access to all features during the trial period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing for the remainder of the month.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or surprise charges. The only additional costs are optional add-ons like premium integrations or dedicated onboarding.

What happens if I exceed my room limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan's room limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time — no service interruption, no data loss.

Features

Does Hotelku include a channel manager?

Yes, channel manager integration is available on the Pro plan and above. We connect with major OTAs including Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb to keep your availability synchronised in real time.

Can I manage multiple properties from one account?

Multi-property support is included in the Pro and Enterprise plans. You can switch between properties instantly, view consolidated reports, and manage staffing across locations from a single dashboard.

Is there a mobile app?

Hotelku is fully responsive and works beautifully on tablets and phones right in the browser. A native mobile app is on our roadmap for Enterprise customers.

Do you offer revenue management tools?

Yes, our RMS module helps you optimise room pricing based on occupancy, seasonality, local events, and competitor rates. It's included in the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Support

What kind of support do you offer?

All plans include email support during business hours. Pro plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise plans come with a dedicated account manager and 24/7 phone and email support.

What are your support hours?

Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM in your local timezone. Enterprise customers receive 24/7 support with a guaranteed 1-hour response SLA.

Do you offer onboarding assistance?

Yes. Every new customer gets a guided onboarding session to set up their property, import data, and train staff. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding with a success manager.

How do you handle data security and backups?

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We perform automated daily backups and maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for Enterprise customers. We also offer on-premise deployment for eligible Enterprise accounts.
